The Flash Centre has been the UK's leading Photography Studio Lighting Specialist for over 30 years, and has seen significant growth under my leadership with huge support from the team around me.Upon joining the company, I assumed responsibility for overseeing all operations and direct reports across its retail stores, as well as spearheading the development of its online e-commerce platform and enhancing its B2B approach.By implementing a comprehensive five-year strategy, we have achieved substantial year-on-year growth in 2023, outperforming the industry as measured by GfK. Central to our success has been the emphasis on customer acquisition through redefining the customer journey and building analytical models to establish actions for growth, resulting in increased customer interactions, larger basket sizes, and improved returning frequency. Notably, both end-user and B2B sales have thrived, attracting new brand partnerships that have further fueled customer acquisition. This success has laid the groundwork for our expansion into new categories and the exploration of fresh customer journeys, planned for the second half of 2023 and beyond. As we continue to build on this momentum, I remain committed to driving innovation and maintaining The Flash Centre's position as a leader in the industry and utilising the wealth of specialised knowledge and experience my team have. I am not a trained photographer, but my team are and I am passionate about utilising this expertise to combine with my skillset for growth and success.
