Responsible for providing a voice to our customers and stakeholders through quantitative and qualitative research insights that inform strategic decision-making at CF. I run our proprietary research panel and coordinate with innovative suppliers to provide research support for our Innovation, Marketing, Office, Operations and Service teams. In this role I additionally;- Lead the development and manage key performance measuring research studies, including our office occupant study, experience study, and service research. - Manage ad hoc projects for a variety of internal clients and ensure project deliverables are completed on time.- Am responsible for the creation and maintenance of reporting dashboards, using Qualtrics, Tableau, and Powerpoint in various ways to creatively and clear give a voice to data.- Act as an internal expert on the design and fielding of complex custom surveys, including the evaluation of sample representativeness and identification of weighting targets.

In this role I am responsible for managing consumer research projects as well as providing support on consumer research strategy for Cadillac Fairview and each of its retail & office properties. This includes analyzing data for property brand equity/brand health studies, analyzing shopper experience surveys, and preparing strategic insight reports.

In this role I found the key insights that mattered for my clients by using advanced analysis and data based connections derived from a combination of survey and secondary research.On a day-to-day basis I managed market research projects such as advertising tracking, attitudinal/behavioural tracking, new product/test market tracking, customer satisfaction and loyalty studies, brand equity tracking and measurement. Working for the CINA EV team in Toronto to serve a variety of diverse clients. I worked on custom research projects and delivered market research insights.

I worked on operations tasks related to collection for the survey. These included:- Reporting on collection trends;- Communicating with crucial large data respondents;- Evaluating respondent data to resolve potential issues with the survey;- Working on data quality with regards to industry and occupation codes for companies.

Worked with data from the Labour Force Survey and performed production tasks including:- A variety of processing tasks for the Labour Force Survey;- Coding of manual edits;- Working with special requests from Government partners to Statistics Canada;- Running and documented SAS programs for updating occupation and industry codes.

My primary role was in the creation of outreach materials related to public opinion research in the government of Canada and assisting with advising and aiding the implementation of public opinion research projects. I was also responsible for helping to design our newsletter and managed the analysis and report of our annual client satisfaction survey.
