Merchant Acquisition for larger scale of business

• Working closely with sales team in order to monitor, plan and perform daily customer and potential customers visits and sales activities in Central Java, DIY Yogyakarta, Makassar, Bali, Lombok• Managing and working together with the distributors to increase sales and improve equitable distributor of products and Active Outlet (open a new area to increase the numbers of customers)• Build relationship with new & existing customer to increase loyalty and expand the business in project market : consultants, contractors, project owners, architects, interior designers, and paint applicators.• Specify the suitable decorative paints for the customer. • Coordinate with the production and warehouse division to make sure the delivery of the product as promised time

• Oversee and implement business development for OYO East Java in assigned territory.• Identifying properties (Hotels, homestay, guesthouses) which meet company standards in term of location, pricing, infrastructure quality and make arrangement for acquisition & partnership with owners. • Acquiring the existing Hotels (B2B) is the main job and calculate the revenue projection of our future partners to get the best revenue in every months. • Negotiate contract agreements with owners.• Monitoring and directing a team and help them to make a deal for our partners and working closely with across department such as transformation team (civil engineers), operations, revenue management team, and finance at locals and central office.

• Conduct market research, feasibility studies to identify developments/changes in industry trends in order to make necessary adjustment. • Make the reports directly to CEO future potential buyer and lessee and future development.• Maintain good relationship with existing investor (owners) to maintain their apartments for buying, selling, and leasing as account management. • Take charge as a salesperson role to increase company’s revenue by selling & renting secondary and primary projects of our apartments.• Enrich all databases in term to get new leads for future prospects through generating digital advertising in digital property platform, advertising, and social media. • Establish new partnership with multinational companies, embassies for providing the long term accommodation services to their expatriates.• Helping the sales team through negotiation process until make deals with reasonable price.• Supervise the project teams for scheduling handovers, repairment, and administration.• Coordinate with building management to solve residential issues.• Coordinate with legal department to prepare and review legal documents needed for property transactions (PPJB, AJB, Lease agreements)• Prepare all sales presentation materials.

Set up the education business which fulfill the requirement for grade 6-12 students. Implement method of learning to prepare them entering higher level of education and university.

Identify the business process / models and client’s requirement and collaborate with Data Scientist and Business Analyst to establish data-driven insight and reports and also working with Project Manager and Business Development to ensure that the end of product meets all of the requirements. Design the database from determining business requirements and prepare data migration such as data collection, data selection, data cleansing, data injection.

Perform research and analysis in order to write daily market commentary about the forex market and the economic and political issues that affect currency values. Provide analysis to help clients in understanding the foreign markets and the advisable decisions to be taken.Provide information to clients about exchange rates and the best to invest in the global market.
