I am currently the Director of Independent Agent Analytics at Plymouth Rock Assurance where I am primarily responsible for analyses related to pricing, agent profitability, contingent commission programs, and marketing strategies. I have been in the Insurance Industry for over 30 years, which has allowed me to have a hand in all assets of pricing, reserving, and agent management. During my time in the industry, I have held Vice President positions at major multi-line companies. I am a graduate of Rutgers College (Go Knights!) where I obtained a B.A. in Business Administration and Statistics. I have since continued my education by obtaining membership (ACAS) in the Casualty Actuarial Society. I pride myself by tying in practical and theoretical concepts to help the business. I am passionate about implementing new strategies during the work day, and at night I enjoy managing my 20 horse harness racing stable.
