 Proficiently conduct security clearance background investigations on behalf of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Performed all work as a Consultant to various OPM vendors. Thoroughly conduct Subject and Source interviews as well as obtain and review records from sources such as law enforcement agencies, courthouses, mental health, financial and educational institutions. After compiling information from Subject and Source interviews and information from records from various sources, data is reported in a clear and concise manner via a report of investigation according to strict OPM guidelines. Consistently submit cases to meet strict deadlines in accordance with OPM.

 Built AN/USQ-148(V)3 submarine software loads and AN/USQ-148A, B, C and 148D (V)2 ship software loads. Performed Run-Time Parameters (Quality Assurance) on AN/USQ-148 series loads for both subs and ships. Prepare Transmittal paperwork for software shipments according to strict Government standards. Utilized Ghostcast server to push finalized software builds to server for logical storage and production of physical discs. Also used Ghostcast server to reload software images to servers for testing.

 Maintain database of active NMCI user accounts, Functional Accounts, Security Groups, Distribution Groups, Public Folders; manage permissions of these accounts to Command file share data. Support NMCI Technical Refresh initiatives including equipment setup, verification and validation; install, maintain and coordinate the usage of customer computer network systems, wireless cards, blackberries, etc. Analyze non-NMCI infrastructure requirements, perform engineering design, and make recommendations for upgrades on the Classified SIPRNET; routine maintenance on SIPR servers, IA Patching, backups and other network admin tasks; verifying users comply with strict IA standards when accessing classified materials. Classified LAN administrator for a network of 24 workstations and 50+ users; create and manage all user accounts on the network; install security patches on network servers and workstations utilizing VMS to track installed IAVA/IAVB patches. Investigate vulnerabilities on the network by using Retina Scan and NMCI Gold disk. Run network backup utilities using NetBackup 6.5 to perform routine server backups. Daily interface with government databases: Network Enterprise Tool (NET), and Application & Database Management System (DADMS) for asset, software tracking. Issue / Track / Manage NMCI and government owned assets; familiar with Change Management Processes. Troubleshoot Video Teleconference Call (VTC) system. Support Blackberry, mobile phones as well as desktop phone support.

 Providing Tier 4 level support for network users including internal, external and other network administrators. Support included troubleshooting issues with user permissions on their NMCI network drives and legacy networks, active directory profiles, access to network resources, network authentication, distribution and security group rights, local and network profiles, and printer connectivity. Creation of administrator and user accounts on both the classified and unclassified networks. Maintenance of network servers, including Routine Server Updates (RSU) and Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVA) which involve verification and installation of Microsoft server patches monthly. Conducting server rebuilds on various network servers, entailing moving server resources, scrubbing system hives in preparation of rebooting the server and configuration of the new server operating system. Implementing various server admin utilities, maintaining policies, backups and restores via VERITAS Net Backup, and setting user and network share quotas on various Storage Area Network (SAN) configurations. Troubleshooting remote user-authentication solution, such as Cryptographic Logon (CLO) /Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Common Access Cards (CAC).
