    Analytical experience on a technical level resulted from significant work tracking and analyzing 57 domestic and international equity, fixed income, currency, commodity, precious metals, and extra-national markets, over an extended period of time. This employed 305 market indices and indicators amounting to an accumulated 3,748 years of charted data. On this technical level the original systems I developed included methods for identifying market momentum breaks and anticipating market reversal points. This work, constructing charted data and analyzing it in real time on a prospective basis, supported my private trading and provided an expertise, still current, in identifying and interpreting patterns in charted data and deducing their implications and underlying meaning. Developed and applied a unique proprietary approach to market analysis and created a unique proprietary method of trading based on the identification of market observation points, momentum breaks, and their sequencing to anticipate and identify reversal points that can be exploited with minimum risk.     Amplifying my analytical work is my work in investigational research and theoretical development integral to the trading work done and a component of all my work since. This became necessary when available analytical methods proved inadequate to the needs of my market work. Innovative thought based work of this nature requires high level subject matter expertise and this is informed by an assembled library of 2,000 +/-volumes built around foundational and derivative works on key areas of knowledge by authors who organized and explained these subjects as well as works that influenced, questioned, or further delineated them. This also uses works by participants in, or witnesses to, great events. It deduces core principles of subjects basic to the functioning of our world through examination of the intellectual understanding of fundamental thinkers on those subjects to determine how they developed, organized, and approached their subjects.     Traded equity and derivative securities for my own account full time professionally. This required greatly increased levels of thinking and capability than was needed in my prior work at FBC. This required a deep knowledge of a broad range of subjects critical to the operation of markets, businesses, economies, societies and the world.     At The First Boston Corporation, where I was an officer of the firm, I had discretionary authority to commit FBC capital in market making on a substantial scale while trading one of the largest corporate bond positions on Wall Street, personally accounting for 1% - 1.25% of all trading in the entire market for corporate bonds and a substantially larger share in some segments of that market (intermediate domestic and dollar denominated international bonds). Normally for every $1 billion of in-position trading done this volume also generated $460 million in inter-position swap volume and new issue sales. This in-position trading normally generated between 0.8% - 0.9% of total revenue generated by FBC from all sources. The clientele of the firm exclusively consisted of large domestic and international financial institutions and corporations. Work on this level and scale required high level thinking and skills, was fast paced, transactional, and required an ability to rapidly negotiate and determine value. I pioneered methods for increasing position control and for increasing position turnover. These increased both trading volume and trading spread. This work also involved creating approaches to reduce dependency on dealer inventory and increasing direct institutional sources of inventory as a percentage of total volume. I did theoretical work into the economics of creating and coordinating an early listed derivatives trading desk with an equity block trading desk and did the developmental work establishing a preferred stock trading desk, which I then advised during its startup phase.
