My primary duties were business development, project management, implementation, consulting and support on the MAS90/200/500 ERP platforms, Sage CRM, MethodCRM, QuickBooks (all versions) and multiple 3rd party integrated applications. At PharMerica, I started in the Atlanta business office and specialized in credit and collections, serving as a close advisor to the regional director. After two years, the Atlanta business office was consolidated into the Jackson MS office, and I was asked to play a lead role in transition as well as a position in the new region. After a year in the Jackson office, I was offered a position at the global headquarters in Tampa FL. While at corporate, I worked with executive teams to improve efficiencies and systems to manage our largest accounts. I was responsible for several corporate accounts which made up the majority of our revenue and facilitated monthly reconciliations for tens of thousands of patients and facilities nationwide while working with the US regional directors on key accounts.
