Worked with multidisciplinary professionals to evaluate the engineering design of producer wells and the commercial viability of the well intervention to increase the oil production in three EOR Projects, focused on waterflooding well conversions, ESP Dual Completions, Intelligent Completions & Smart Well Technology under the Well delivery project management system (PMI)- Engineering and well design planning with AFE for Waterflooding wells conversions, Dual completion jobs, Intelligent Completions & Smart Well Technology, including workover operations such as WBCO, perforating, Matrix stimulation, Hydraulic fracture, fishing operations, WL and TCP perforations, E-logs, and cementing remediation.- Prepare and present peer and assurance reviews.- Daily technical support to the completion and workover Company man (up to 7 rigs on operation simultaneously).- Successfully Finished over fifty Waterflooding wells conversions and sixteen ESP dual completion installed.
