Current● Responsible for leading projects and developing strategic systems for Industry 4.0 technology, known as smart factory, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations such as Anvisa RDC 658, FDA 21 CFR part 11, and ISPE GAMP 5, as well as adopting standards such as ISA S95 and S88.● Coordination of team activities comprising 7 employees, implementing agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban, in addition to training, activity control, conducting daily meetings, and providing feedback.● Collaboration in the generation, review, and approval of documentation required for project contracting, such as memoranda, quantitative spreadsheets, specifications, and architecture.● Activities supervision carried out by third-party companies in automation projects, ensuring deadlines are met and requirements are fulfilled.● Use of agile methodologies, such as Scrum, and schedules to manage automation projects, contributing to their completion within the established timeframe and budget.● Development of Rockwell Pharmasuite MES systems for raw material weighing and dispensing, recipe and workflow management, in-process control (IPC), and exception-based review, integrating them with automation devices and external systems.● Performing data analysis, building dashboards, and implementing machine learning solutions using tools like Thingworx, aiming to ensure excellence in all processes.● Systems development using Rockwell FactoryTalk Batch for controlling transformation stages in bioreactors and mixers, as well as Rockwell FactoryTalk View SE for production supervision.● Implementation of Elipse E3 supervisory systems, Siemens, and Rockwell PLCs for utility areas, as well as historical storage systems with FactoryTalk Historian and asset management with FactoryTalk AssetCentre.● Active participation in the industrial systems’ transition to a virtual environment using Vsphere and Vcenter (Vmware) in collaboration with the information technology department.
