William C. Ferry focuses his practice on Entrepreneurial Small Business Law and Estate Planning and Probate Law. Bill draws on his experience in banking, urban economics, economic development and his own entrepreneurial activities when counseling business clients on a variety of matters, from business formation and strategy to contract drafting and review to premises and general liability issues. Bill has also been a passionate advocate for Estate Planning for individuals and families. Helping people discover and achieve their goals for their property, health care, and for aging has been as much a mission as a practice for Bill. One particularly satisfying area is coordinating clients’ business strategies with their estate planning—aligning the business of the workplace with the business of the home. Bill has represented residential and commercial property owners in a variety of legal matters, including landlord-tenant, eviction, conveyance, and property valuation complaints. He is a member of the Lorain County Bar Association, where he participates in the Probate Law, Public Law, Real Estate Law, and Business Law Sections. When not at work, Bill may be found hiking the trails of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park or piloting his boat on Lake Erie.
