Guided 359 coalition air advisors in supporting eight operational Iraqi Air Force squadrons and three training schools at six bases. Ensured all requests for forces and joint manning requirements were met. • Piloted advisors in influencing senior Iraqi officials to established manning targets and training goals for the Iraqi Air Force, ensuring the future air sovereignty and security of the country • Authored the joint US / Government of Iraq “Partnering Plan,” that outlined the way forward in transitioning the International Zone from coalition to Iraqi control and that created the “Road to the F-16” training and procurement plan, providing achievable milestones for future Iraqi air sovereignty and coalition engagement

Formulated and directed the implementation of recruiting plans, programs, goal allocation, and the competition system for 60 recruiters. Monitored production in all recruiting programs and developed plans to ensure goal attainment and quality of enlistments were met on a monthly bases.

Ensured 12 Emergency Action Controllers were thoroughly trained and proficient in emergency action procedures for command and operational requirements over priority resources. Provided continuous critical communication links to rapidly disseminate directive issued by the National Command Authority to the 10th Wing Tactical to meet strike mission commitments.

Advised the commander and senior leadership on administrative policy changes affecting unit personnel. Oversaw all administrative functions. Assigned duties and determined work priorities for the orderly room staff. As an Emergency Action Controller, ensured the timely alert, launch and execution of combat forces, as well as command and control of forces on a day-to-day basis by monitoring and assisting airborne aircraft.

Officer Training School was my initial commission source where I learned about leadership, management, Air Force heritage, and officership. Operations Management Course was my first technical school where I learned about command and control, disaster preparation, airfield management, airbase operability, and program management.
