Lead a team of dealers with varying experience to provide a top notch customer experience while maintaining the highest level of integrity. I was responsible for taking the company truck to the event locations, setting up the tables, interfacing with the customer and making suggestions about how the casino should operate, communicate the customers wishes and special instructions to the team, breakdown and pack tables and materials back into the truck, and return it to the warehouse. I also, occasionally, bid on jobs and followed up with potential customers and attempt to earn business.

Daily: Manage warehouse inventory, ensure 100+ service vehicles are restocked, coordinate pickups and deliveries, proof and issue purchase orders for HVAC jobs, research and negotiate pricing for purchases, verify purchase orders against vendor invoices. Big Picture: Minimize operating expenses by reducing labor, managing vehicle repairs, etc., develop processes to attain maximum efficiency and integrate with other departments, and improve existing processes and work flows. Responsible for $4+ million in purchases, most of which follow the just-in-time model, annually for a $23 million company. I also facilitate an annual RFP and work directly with corporate resources to accomplish company goal.

I maintained and repaired computers, electronic white boards, and presentation devices. I also trained the faculty and staff on all the the districts proprietary software as well as the office suite, online presentation tools, and google cloud document applications.
