• CryoLife, Inc. is one of the world’s leading contemporary medical device companies, providing preserved human cardiac and vascular tissues, surgical adhesives and sealants, prosthetic heart valves, cardiac lasers and.
• Transitioned three new implantable biological products from R&D into Manufacturing within an eight month period. Redesigned and scaled up processes to support major marketing product roll-outs.
• Relocated Bioprosthesis division with less than one day of downtime and zero impact to product supply levels. Promoted to Operations Director with expanded responsibilities to include both allograft and xenograft.

Indonesia / Atlanta

• Project leader for construction of 150K sq ft manufacturing facility in Indonesia achieving first FDA approval and ISO 9002 certification in an Indonesian manufacturing plant. Construction to start-up achieved in 12.
• Designed facilities and production processes to meet continuous flow manufacturing requirements, team-based management, FDA and environmental standards. Production throughput time exceeded the Atlanta operation by 350%.
