After spending more than 25 years linked to the IT area; I began a personal journey of professional transformation, joining the DWConsulware management team; where I contribute to unleash the potential of the organization's leaders through the exchange of experiences and learned lessons.I am passionate about being able to contribute to the evolution of people whom I interact with at Peru and Ecuador; challenging them to make better questions as leaders, look for new and better ways to raise the bar and work aligned in synergy; in order to take the company to the next level.My purpose in the organization is to ensure that the leaders and collaborators of the organization live and promote the culture and values that are part of the DNA of a DWC Professional.I am a coherent, integral, and transparent Master/Apprentice whose personal purpose is to develop the potential of individuals and organizations in LATAM, enabling them to achieve their best version and generate positive impacts on themselves and their environment, thereby creating holistic well-being and prosperity.
