My primary responsibilities included:Attending client meetings and internal discussions to observe and assist in the advisory process.Writing detailed recaps of meetings, summarizing key points and action items for effective follow-up and team communication.Assisting with the preparation of financial summaries and reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity in client-facing materials.Conducting preliminary research and gathering data for investment opportunities and portfolio reviews.Helping with client onboarding and maintaining organized client files with up-to-date financial information.While I do not provide direct financial advice, this internship gave me valuable exposure to the financial advising process, as well as hands-on experience in supporting financial planning and client relationship management.
