About William Kittrell
"When it comes to the design of effective learning experiences, one provocative question is worth a hundred proclamations"- Bernard BullOver the last 5+ years, I have been an educator building and challenging my learners. Over these years, I have grown my skills in developing purposeful instructional materials with learning objectives in place, with the goal of creating proficiency in learning targets. I have researched and implemented learning theories that produce results in my Instructional Design journey. Implementation of ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, Bloom's, and Gagne are just a few of the learning theories that are evident in my learning materials. I have also attended training and conducted individual learning in the following software: Articulate Rise/ Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Illustrator, and Audacity. My passion for learning shows when I create materials that demonstrate gamification, problem-based learning, scenario-based learning, and project-based learning. Those are the types of learning materials I love to create because it allows the learner to forget they are learning but immerse themselves into the content.
