With his education in Computer Science and multiple years developing software, combined with decades of experience managing the implementation and delivery of commercial applications across the industry’s largest/global, mid-sized, small/pre-market pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, William is able to bring value to the business and innovation to IT.After completing University in the UK, William started his career as a Systems Developer at Eli Lilly in Frankfurt, Germany. In 2004 he moved to the United States to continue his focus on Healthcare as a Management Consultant. William has helped his clients achieve their Enterprise Information Management (EIM) objectives through the deployment of Master Data Management (MDM), Data Warehousing, Data Governance and Business Intelligence (BI)/Reporting and Analytics technologies and solutions.More recently, William moved from a Fortune 500 company to a hyper-growth Silicone Valley tech startup. He is leading the charge on Life Sciences Enterprise Strategy to ensure: growth of accounts (increase sales), flawless delivery of the services/products we provide (maximize client sentiment, and therefore, retention), deep and thorough collaboration within internal matrix organizational structure (leadership and cross-team alignment) and provide consultative approach to working with our clients (innovation and partnership). In summary, the Head of Business Development and Enterprise Strategy is responsible for ensuring our go to market initiatives/products exceed our clients expectations, build loyalty (not just repeat) relationships and ultimately help patients find the right care.
