• Assisted Shanghai Head of Market Development with commercial strategy & evolution of the sales distribution model• Generated 200+ KPIs for the China market in order to help focus the team on key strategic objectives; trained marketing analyst in the Shanghai office to manage KPI development and distribution going forward• Developed annual Strategic Plan for China market that detailed our strategies over the next 5 years

• Developed mass gaming strategy to grow casino penetration by 20% to 1 in 3 guests, resulting in +$10 million revenue• Grew pre-cruise (e-commerce) onboard revenue by +37% to $432 million in 2017 through direct email & promotions

• General responsibilities included: building financial and operating models for potential acquisition targets & divestiture candidates, developing valuations using levered & unlevered DCF analysis, public comparables & precedent transactions (P/E and EV / EBITDA multiples), & benchmarking financial performance vs. competitors• Developed financial and operating model as well as valuation for evaluating strategic alternatives related to the Pullmantur Cruises segment, ultimately resulting in a 50% divestment of the brand to a PE firm • Managed team responsible for drafting annual Corporate Strategic Plan which is presented to the Board of Directors • Projected corporate EPS and Return on Invested Capital for RCL’s Double-Double program which was an enterprise wide profitability initiative that was announced in July 2014 to Double EPS and reach Double digit ROIC by 2017
