Software Support Engineer
CurrentI am part of the Tier 3 software support team responsible for installing and bringing up new production systems as well as maintaining, upgrading, troubleshooting and diagnosing software issues in production systems.• I write Python programs and Power Shell scripts to aid in troubleshooting and diagnosing software issues.• I have developed an in-depth understanding of the design and implementation of the software systems used in production in order to be able to diagnose problems and identify performance concerns.• I use SQL Server Management Studio to examine and analyze production data.
