I have several responsibilities one is helping customers with the logistics of packing, shipping, and tracking their packages. Another one of my responsibilities is helping customers with the logistics of office task such as faxing, scanning, emailing, printing from email, printing from thumb drives/CDs, and print binding.

There were two major projects I did for Xpresscreen. The first project was a two part project. The first part was physical data management. The owner of Xpresscreen liked to keep a paper copy of every transaction and a file for each client with their corresponding transactions, so my first and continuos project was to properly file current sales. As I filed I found and refiled missed filled files. Then came the second part of my data management duties which i called, "the data management purge". This consisted of me going through three hundred or so client files individually and pulling out past clients, whom had not been contacted or ordered since 2013, and attempt to reach back out to them via phone and email. In the two and a half week span, I worked on this clean up, I pulled and made attempts to reach back out to two hundred or so past clients, which were eventually removed from Xpresscreen's records. The second major project I worked on was the preparing of equipment shipments and sales, valuing over thousand dollars, for redistribution. This mostly consisted of me grabbing inks and other products of the shelf and boxing them up for the client, as well as keeping inventory track of what was removed and what needed to be replaced. Another task I did to help shipment sales consisted of re-glued sets of frames for exchange, about five to ten frames a week. The Xpresscreen's screen exchange program allowed local clients to bring old frames to be exchanged for cleaned and re-glued frames.
