I am a Litigation partner with the law firm of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP. Based in the firm's New York and Parsippany, NJ offices, I concentrate my national practice on the resolution of complex business disputes in a variety of industries, including financial services, higher education, advertising, professional services and hospitality. I partner with my clients to resolve these disputes in the most efficient and pragmatic manner possible, be it through litigation, arbitration, mediation or direct negotiations.I am a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities, and the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association. In addition, I am active in a number of charitable organizations. I am honored, for example, to serve on the Board of Directors of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Jersey, a non-profit organization that grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions. I regularly publish articles and present at seminars on a variety of legal issues. In 2011, I was recognized as one of the top litigation attorneys in New York City, in Avenue magazine's "Legal Elite" list. I was selected for inclusion in New York Super Lawyers - Metro edition in 2010, 2012 and 2013.
