Through the development of a unique mounting system, I was able to save the team over $3000 in contractor costs while cutting production time in half. Additionally, I created a virtual model of our aircraft in the flight simulation software X-Plane. From this model I was able to gather reasonable estimates for the lift and drag coefficients.
