Direct transportation and logistics activities in support of 33 retail stores ($67 million annual sales) through strategies, policies and procedures to promote and maintain safety, efficiency and cost effectiveness of the department. Develop transportation solutions for inbound/outbound product logistics and merchandise delivery. Oversee Aftermarket sales and Donor Development for the Agency (over $5 million in annual revenue). Direct a staff of 2 managers and 60+ employees.

Responsible for best practices and process improvement for the South Area’s Kraft Distribution network; which consist of 26 Nabisco DSD facilities, 2 Regional Kraft warehouses, 10 manufacturing plants and 2 Bakeries/Distribution facilities. Assist in planning and management of distribution projects and processes.

Responsible for overseeing all of the DSD routing operations for the South & West Areas (47 branch locations). Optimized and taught best practices for 5 Regional Routers. Ensured that they were leveraging Roadshow Route Planner to develop the most cost effective and proficient routes available. Performed analysis geared at reducing delivery cost for each of the branch locations.

Managed 20 employees responsible for warehousing and distributing Nabisco products for Charlotte and surrounding areas. Supported two District Managers and over 70 sales personnel responsible for selling and merchandising Nabisco products.

Co-managed 48 employees responsible for warehousing and distributing Nabisco cookies and crackers for the entire South Florida area. Maintained an 80,000 square foot facility and fleet of 23 vehicles.
