Summer Placement-Week one on the RACHD experience of life as a Chaplain-Three weeks spent shadowing the Chaplain to 1st Battalion The Royal Welsh-Several days spent with 1st Regiment Royal Horse Artillery-Providing pastoral care to members of the armed foces-Attending conferences at RMA Sandhurst-Participating on exercises in the Beacon Beacons and Salisbury Plain-Home visits in situations of bereavement, and to support members of the armed forces in preparation for Baptisms and weddings.-Preaching at the Garrison Church-Visiting soldiers awaiting medical discharge, and those suffering in any way-Spending time with Chaplains of different faiths and denominations,-Leading the weekly prayer meeting
