• Handle all Balance Sheet reconciliations and account clean-up (banks, prepaids, fixed assets, depreciation, accruals, commissions, intercompany etc.)• Prepare monthly financial statements for multiple operating companies.• Post daily transactions into ERP and reconcile multiple bank accounts daily.• Prepare and file multi-States sales tax and other required government filings.• Assist in Month/Year end closing including all balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy.• Preparation of monthly financial statements, annual budgets and forecasts.• Calculation of monthly commission, all other accruals and prepaid expenses.• Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules.• Preparation of intercompany expense billings for allocation of shared costs.• Assist in the preparation and audits of Liability and Workers Comp Insurance, Sales Tax, and 401k.• Work with outside accounting firm to prepare and maintain financial information to meet legal requirements.• Provide any other financial management, analysis or assistance as requested by owners.
