The scope of this internship was to give a consultative look at the Operations and Finance Department at Hammerman and Gainer in order to gain perspective on how to better streamline the processes thus freeing up more time for those that worked in the department.

I also used profiling analysis tools to identify cross sell opportunities and made outbound sales calls to increase product per customer ratio.

My primary duty was to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on the Advanced Combat Direction System Suite. During this time I also spent 200 hours conducting PMS training ensuring 100% readiness, 98% RAR and a successful 3M assessment for three work centers. I managed 18 sailors in the planning and implementation of maintenance for our computer system. This entails assigning maintenance checks and making sure that the checks were completed in a timely manner and up to standard.
