Crafted the project pro forma and financial model including electricity revenue, construction financing, tax and amortization schedules, debt financing, balance sheet, income statements, and comprehensive cash flow.• Developed and maintained on-going international relationships and business development for CSP and PV projects in South America, Australia, and Africa, including a CSP Feasibility study in Chile.• Managed marketing, and US-development for a first generation predictive cloud-cover product called the “NowCasting System”. The product used pixel analysis of ground-based photographs, 11-channel satellite images, and learning algorithms combined with detailed weather forecasting systems to provide a 30 to 120 minute cloud cover forecast and array production estimation.

USAID/CHF• Executed feasibility study for entrepreneur center and program in the Vranje Municipality (Serbia) and developed action plan to establish university partners with CHF-led business development program.• Conducted studies on development opportunities for the South Serbia agricultural industry and provided marketing training to the local staff. Evaluated local investment projects.UNITED NATIONS (UNCDF) • Identified and assessed banking networks with micro finance projects (FINCOMUN) in Africa. Coordinatedpromotional activities between banking networks in Africa and the launch of Year of Microcredit initiative.• Wrote and published microfinance articles in UN newsletters on the impact of AIDS in the Microfinance Sector in Africa, and Regional Assessment of Microfinance in Latin America.

• Co-founded and launched a solar energy development and services company from concept, design, and company inception to successful corporate fundraising of Euro 400,000. Co-managed all phases of company launch including incorporation, hiring of four fulltime employees, IT, and accounting services.• Vetted acquisition opportunities, oversaw legal and financial due diligence, and assisted in the acquisition of ownership rights to 5.1MW of projects in Andalucia and Castilla y León, Spain. • Co-authored private placement memorandums for project financing, representing $28.2MM of investment (1.7MW of single axis tracker, 3.1MW of static).• Managed subcontractor relationships, budget, corporate governance, for all elements of project construction.
