Primarily responsible for the operations of Sister Ship restaurant and F&B for Faraway Hotel Nantucket, as well as general F&B/DOH consulting for Life House Nantucket, Blue Iris, and The Beachside. Responsible for operations & execution of Bayzo’s Pub and Frost Bar/Ocean Terrace F&B outlets, as well as seasonal In-Room Dining. Assisted with resort MOD shifts in the shoulder season, as well as occasionally overseeing banquets in the summer season.

Maloney & Porcelli / Quality Italian NYC (9mo)Responsible for day-to-day management of physical plant maintenance, minor repairs throughout the store, wine & beverage program (which included monthly inventory counts & data input, all wine/liquor/beer ordering & building relations with suppliers, managing an extensive wine list of 300+ wine labels and stepping in as Sommelier when requested by guests). Responsible for cash handling, scheduling and managing approx 50 FOH employees, guest relations, hotel concierge relations and VIP guest growth & relations. Executed and oversaw private events, labor cost management, reservations management, assisting the GM, Exec Chef, and office manager with reports & reporting, communications to Corporate office, and general documents; ordering of all silver, glassware, china, and barware. Utilized & proficient in Excel, Word & Publisher, Micros & Toast POS systems both front and back end, Bevager inventory & ordering system, OpenTable, Resy and Reserve reservation platforms, and Compete & Avero financial systems.
