My twenty-five year career as a scientist and leader in pharmaceutical development and global supply chain management (preclinical to commercialization) was born out of the core value of caring for people at the intersection of healthcare, science, business and technology. When I joined Johnson & Johnson 15 years ago, I found the same shared value of care and remain loyal to my employer’s culture of highly talented people who demonstrate deep passion for our work and care for one another, our customers, our products, and the company. As Sr Director, End to End Small Molecules Platform with Janssen Pharmaceuticals, J&J, I lead technical and operational support, from strategy to execution of a 45+ product pipeline at 10 internal sites and 65 external manufacturer sites through an organization of 172 full time scientists and engineers and 60 contractors with a budget of $20M+.I am most known for leadership developing talent and building strong global relationships that facilitate solving critical technical manufacturing and supply chain problems. With the customer, medical community, company and strong ethics at the center, I find the best solutions and outcomes by creating an end to end mindset with an understanding of upstream and downstream workflow by cross functional global partners.
