As a lending intern, I learned under loan officers of several different backgrounds while also adapting to an adjusted intern experience due to COVID-19. - Created multiple reports based on global and local trends intended to assist bankers in the process of acquiring new clients- Completed and reviewed other officer’s appraisal reviews to ensure the accuracy of potential loans worth approximately $30 million- Generated internal valuations of properties valuing more than $15 million utilizing both the income and sales approach methods- Utilized Co-Star database to create 200 prospective customers for sales calls by bank loan officers, resulting in 15 new customers- Managed annual audit of Remote Deposit Capture customers including in-person and telephonic interviews

Kenilworth Sailing Club serves the community and allows members to take out several different sailing vessels such as kayaks, Stand-up Paddleboards, and Sailboats onto Lake Michigan during the summer months. We also held several camps for a variety of different age ranges and lengths to help teach younger aspiring sailors how to safely use the different watercraft. - Instructed children and adults on the basics of sailing, while upholding safety practices- Managed rescue operations and monitored sailors, beach and water for potential dangers- Organized the different aspects of the beach in order to ensure the best experience for club members

Caddying is a way to develop great career skills from a young age without knowing it because it requires dedication and patience, while it also helps you improve your networking skills. Caddies work 6 days a week and are expected to be up and at the caddie shack at 7 AM to wait for your loop. Once you arrive you must wait until you get your assigned loop, which is where the work begins. - Carried members bags and advised them on how to manage each hole- Networked with members and their guests most of whom are current or former successful people within their industry- Awarded the title of A-Caddie for my hard work, knowledge of the game, and dedication to the job
