After receiving dual bachelor’s degrees in Food & Resource Economics and Political Science from the University of Florida, Will went on to earn both his J.D. and M.B.A. from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Beginning his career as a corporate transactional attorney with Peterson Myers, in Lakeland, Will left private practice to join Harrell's, LLC full time in 2015. While overseeing legal operations for the nationwide company, Will’s practice areas grew to include corporate compliance as well as government and regulatory affairs. Returning to private practice in 2021, Will’s law practice specializes in real estate, corporate transactions, estate planning, and regulatory advisement. Additionally, Will’s focus includes advising investors throughout the entire deal process, non-profit organization and administration, as well as navigating government and regulatory matters.Will is a member of Christ Community Presbyterian Church in Lakeland. He is an active member of the community where he currently serves on the Board of Directors of Parker Street Ministries, Lakeland Economic Development Council Board of Directors, and Harrell’s, Inc. Board of Directors.
