Implemented plans to integrate multi-state group of employees, business systems and properties of acquired companies into HallKeen Management.• Structured acquisitions of over 2,000 housing units in more than 20 partnerships acting as co-general partner along with 4 other principal owners of HallKeen. Preparation and review of investment pro forma, property due diligence, legal documents, and closings.• Acquired partnership interests and property management operations of a 240 unit assisted living portfolio consisting of 4 properties located in Massachusetts. Property management operations included over 100 employees and revenues of $500,000 annually. Recruited and hired senior management team to run this division.• Planned and implemented change from a 2 division company to a 5 division company. Developed senior staff positions, recruited senior managers, re-organized company around functional and strategic roles, implemented continuous change and improvement programs.

CFO of Keen Development Corporation, a Cambridge, MA based real estate development company with expertise in affordable housing, adaptive re-use and historic preservation. Responsibilities included managing banking and equity relationships, design and implementation of formal accounting and reporting systems, and staff supervision.
