Dr. Bill Holohan is a second generation dentist and lifelong area resident. In pursuit of excellence in his field, he has completed more than 2500 hours of postgraduate training in restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. His philosophy of practice is relationship based and health centered. In addition to providing basic dental procedures, Dr. Holohan has a particular interest and expertise in cosmetic and restorative procedures using modern esthetic ceramic crowns and veneers and Invisalign clear aligner therapy.He also provides custom oral appliances for treatment of TMJ disorders, snoring, and sleep apnea. His office employs the latest in technology including digital scanning and digital x-ray. He offers safe and effective nitrous oxide sedation for patients who may be apprehensive about dental treatment. Dr. Holohan also offers Botox Cosmetic for facial esthetics. Dr. Holohan is a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society. He has volunteered his services through Health Volunteers Overseas, El Niño Rey Dental Mission, the CARA Program, Maryville Academy, Dental Access Days, and Illinois Mission of Mercy.Dr. Holohan and his wife, Sharon, live in Northbrook and are the parents of four children. His interests and hobbies include running, fly fishing, skiing, and following Chicago's sports teams.
