Management of PETRONAS downstream projects. Daily duties include governance, monitoring and follow-ups with project leads. Currently training to become an innovation coach.

Interned at Top Glove's M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) department. Actively involved with the Robotic and SCADA department that oversee the stripping process of gloves to prevent and reduce glove defects. Created AI learning models to improve defect detection accuracy and consistency. Calibrated glove removal systems to ensure effective purging of defective gloves. Set up the AI system for new operation branch. Implemented a fully automated maintenance reporting system for my project. The system allowed engineers to be alerted to production lines issues that can be addressed as soon as they were discovered. By leveraging cloud computing, the use of paper for Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) was eliminated.
