- Responsible for overseeing and managing UL’s Nutrition portfolio across all US brand.com sites and third party digital experiences including Hellmann's & Best Foods, Knorr and Maille which involves over 10 category teams at global and local levels and 15M yearly visits.- Direct the consumer experience journey across Nutrition media investments in the US. - Project manage across technical support teams, external vendors, brand managers across the brand portfolio, US site webmasters and Nutrition DMMC (Digital Marketing, Media & e-Commerce) Hub leads.- Support all brand.com requirements, ensure site functionality, competitive authority and technical SEO performance, creation of paid media campaign landing page destinations and reporting, pilot new consumer technology vendors, engage in full funnel planning for website needs and driving digital maturity KPIs. - Identify areas of opportunity to optimize site experiences using machine learning, AI, audience personalization leading to increased site engagement and first party data acquisition. - Enforce and educate brands on Unilever data privacy, data governance and legal compliance protocols.
