Maintain a central calendar of data related to bringing in and out of Motorcycles; Make repairs based on urgency; creating repair orders, dispatching motorcycles to proper place; verifying contact information, checking for recalls, and keeping tab on warranties; monitoring service progress; providing regular progress reports, obtaining approval for changes; communicating with customers about repair costs and other details.

Supervise front of the house and back of the house restaurant staff. Interact with customers to ensure needs and wants are met. Interact with restaurant suppliers to check in food deliveries and other supplies. Interact with corporate level leadership when appropriate to ensure guidelines are met and standard operating procedures are followed.

Supervise two Infantry Team Leaders, and their teams of four. Ensuring they train and mentor young men and women to work as a team. Provide purpose, direction, and motivation to accomplish specific tasks deemed necessary by superiors. Further mentor the Team Leaders in aiding with their teams personal problems as well as duty problems.
