There are two basic words that guide my life and my career goals. Those words, EFFORT and ATTITUDE. I truly believe, that if I give my best effort and carry myself with the best positive attitude, then my life will work out for the best. My commitment to myself and others is always to give my very best while always displaying the very best attitude.Those two words also apply to my career goal with the supply chain management career field. With my Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Marketing and a concentration in Supply Chain Management, I feel that I am prepared for any leadership positions within transportation, logistics, and supply chain management functions for business and industry. While at Mississippi State University, I learned that the U.S. has one of the most developed logistics infrastructures in the world, giving consumers and businesses access to an enormous variety of goods and services. For example, transportation professionals use this infrastructure to serve customers quickly and efficiently, taking charge of decisions affecting the transporting, warehousing, and order processing of raw materials, purchased parts and finished goods that are needed in our society.Furthermore, Mississippi State showed me how all organizations need transportation and logistics professionals and that the opportunities in this growing field are changing rapidly every day.
