*Manage and Cultivate Contract Services in Industrial Automation for the Greater Nashville Demographic *Portfolio development for Training, Remote Support, Field Engineering, Remanufacturing, Industrial Logistics, and M.R.O. Services programs in Industrial Automation for the Irby, Sonepar & Rockwell Automation family of Industrial Services and Solutions

Position: Relationship & Technical Management *Serve as Relationship Manager between Rockwell and Clients *Manage Logistics & MRO Services (Maintenance, Repair, Operations) *Manage Customer Relationship:First point of contact for Service, Support and Repair; Oversight of any established agreements; Integrate with Client Personnel to provide additional support, insight and service where both necessary & feasible *Sales Support:Provide Sales Team with insight to current and potential client projects; Coordinate between Sales and Delivery to insure customer satisfaction; Provide Client with insight to Rockwell Automation Capabilities and Programs; Maintain and Grow facility repair business as well as assist in growth of operational services; Provide Distributor support (Product Conversion & Savings Opportunities in addition to Supply Audits) *Conflict and Issue Resolution for issues that may arise with clients
