I headed up strategy for a broad spectrum of work across ‘brand engagement’. For the second part of my tenure I also covered the head of client service role and oversaw team development and performance, forecasting and relationship management. Lots of our work focused on mobilising large workforces behind an organisation’s purpose but we also executed leading edge activation, experiential, brand strategy and development. The Alternative is a very outcome focused business; good at shifting strategic intent into performance. Key clients included EE, the BBC, Skype and start ups such as Globalgig and ThreeFiftyNine.
