The primary focus is on residential property, both single and multi-family, in Southeast Region of the United States with concentrations in the Nashville, TN and Atlanta, GA areas.We are currently taking steps to register with all appropriate state and federal agencies so that we may take on investors looking to earn an above average fixed rate (6-10%) return on their capital, all secured by real property collateral at no more than 70% loan to value.
