CurrentManage and Direct the Reimbursement Department of a non-profit FQHC covering the complete Revenue Cycle, including Member Services, Registration, Admission, Coding, Charge Capture, Direct & Indirect Billing, Claims Processing, Denial Management, Collections, Reporting, Licensing, Medicare Revalidations & Audits. Work directly with CFO, COO, CIO, CMO & CEO. Create and enforce Policies and Procedures for all of the above listed departments. Maintain data base and all the infrastructure connected to it, including but not limited to all charge masters, payers, and providers; working very closely with the IT Department. Work in conjunction with Accounting Department providing reports, data submission, bdugets, analysis and financial audits. Work closely with Clinical staff to ensure compliance with regard to all Federal, State and Local laws, rules and regulations and to create a seamless protocol wlith regard to billing. Assist CEO in creation of timely reports and gathering of information for continual advancement, improvement and marketing. Provide direct management and Leadership to a team of over 27 employees.
