Under my leadership, the Advocacy business flourished from its nascent stages to encompassing 920k lives, yielding an impressive growth from $0 to $114M over 18 months in annual recurring revenues (ARR).A true pioneer, I introduced the groundbreaking GetActive Virtual Reality (VR) therapeutic program in collaboration with Meta. This visionary initiative revolutionized user engagement, streamlined costs, and delivered tangible clinical enhancements across diverse populations. Whether individuals sought routine preventive care or were navigating high-risk chronic conditions, GetActive harnessed the power of immersive technology to elevate their wellness journeys.Backed by rigorous research conducted in partnership with the UNC Center for the Business of Health, we demonstrated that fostering increased movement among sedentary individuals translates to substantial cost savings—approximately $475 per member annually.
