My ability to develop and implement cost-effective infrastructure solutions is the result of nearly forty years of experience, and includes a broad spectrum of developments within the institutional, residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality industries. As a consultant and professional engineer, I've designed and permitted award winning projects that include industrial complexes, retail centers, master planned communities, subdivisions, hotels and resorts, institutional facilities, mixed use developments, and storm water master plans.As a Development Director, I've delivered 1.1 million SF of self storage facilities, 350,000 SF of retail shopping centers and 45,000 SF of Class A office space. In Corporate Real Estate, I've negotiated sales and license agreements, managed corporate leases across more than 22 states, and provided expertise to Tax & Legal Departments to minimize tax liabilities on storm water assessments.As a broker, investor, and "Jacksonville Ambassador," I focus on locating properties in Jacksonville that can be acquired and redeveloped, with a focus on community enhancement.I currently Chair the Affordable Housing & Revitalization Task Force for ULI North Florida Council, served 4 years on the Board of Metro North Community Development Corporation, a non-profit affordable housing developer, including serving as the Real Estate Committee Chairman and the Board Vice-Chair. I was appointed by the Mayor to the Citizens Planning Advisory Council, and am a graduate of the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class (2000).Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and kayaking.
