Transformation Leadership: Part of the team hired to restructure and reorganize Quebecor. Exceeded business objectives in $300M+ premedia and logistics businesses through introduction of process discipline, increased accountability, organizational redesign and new products and services development.• Developed and executed a distributive co-mail strategy, effectively eliminating the competitive disadvantage of World Color Press’s print supply chain due to a large number of small print facilities geographically disbursed.• As part of corporate leadership team, developed and executed an enterprise-wide restructuring and reorganization that re-engineered World Color Press and enabled them to merge with Quad Graphics.As De facto President of Europe• Completed €130M capital investment in four countries and developed strategic options for transforming European operations, with printing plants in seven western countries, which led to the decision to exit the European print market.• Divested underperforming European business by identifying potential purchasers, creating competitive tension, placing the underperforming UK operations into liquidation prior to sale, and positioning the business to maximize value.
