Implemented sustainable support processes using a data-driven approach with ServiceNow dashboards that automatically populated based on self-reporting from our automations. Additionally, I built and managed a Managed Service Provider (MSP) engagement with over 14 consultants from contract execution through service management. I built, ran, and developed the team that performed the entire lifecycle of RPA for Phillips 66.
