Built from the ground up and led the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) strategy for Phillips 66. We automated manual, repetitive tasks worth over $6MM in annual budget reduction through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to free up employees to make higher value contributions. As Program Manager, I created a prioritization model for choosing the highest benefit projects for our team to work on while building the foundation and best practices for implementing RPA projects. Implemented sustainable support processes using a data-driven approach with ServiceNow dashboards that automatically populated based on self-reporting from our automations. Additionally, I built and managed a Managed Service Provider (MSP) engagement with over 14 consultants from contract execution through service management. I built, ran, and developed the team that performed the entire lifecycle of RPA for Phillips 66.

Developed a long range plan (LRP) for the technology strategy of our Supply Chain BU and implemented many projects as part of tangible cost savings and employee repurposing. Supported the implementation of a Procurement strategy program to transform contracting, purchasing, and sourcing business processes utilizing a vendor-hosted application, SAP Ariba. Used Agile methodologies and served as Lead for requirements gathering, user testing, training, and post go-live support on a program in excess of $10MM of spend creating value beyond $30MM for Phillips 66.Additional projects in my portfolio included rebuilding a web application used by the Supply Chain FP&A department ($100M) and moving our implementation of Oniqua (inventory management) to the cloud ($500M).During this role, I was given the opportunity to build reports and present monthly to our IT Leadership Team and CIO on project spend across the entire portfolio of technology projects at Phillips 66.

-Received ScrumMaster certification-Served as Project Manager, ScrumMaster, Business Analyst, and Organizational Change Management (OCM) lead on a large capital project (>$750M) to implement a reporting application for Truck & Rail that provided real-time operational metrics about their Business Unit-Led a pilot effort to test out Truck Dispatching software and chose a vendor while considering the Business Unit feedback after careful study and analysis. Developed a project with this vendor to save Phillips 66 $500M annually by moving to electronic Bill of Ladings (BOL) and reducing manual entry.

Conducted hardware audits across fifteen different pipeline and terminal facilities in the US to identify and replace faulty or slow equipment. Worked with Regional Managers in the Pipelines and Terminals Business Unit to identify local sites with IT needs and added projects to our LRP that had tangible business value or cost savings.
