Identifying customer's needs, demonstrating the features and benefits of Swipely's service, and collecting necessary information in order to prepare proposals and to sell Swipely's service to those restaurant owners.

Holds Associate in General Insurance (AINS) and Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) Designations.Commercial Insurance Sales Executive duties included: Generating leads, meeting with prospects to perform a detailed risk analysis and to understand their specific needs, completing applications and proposals, presenting and selling insurance programs, and continually servicing client’s insurance programs and made changes as their risk profile evolved over time.

Effective April 2014, Cross Insurance Agency acquired Troy, Pires & Allen Insurance.

Property Manager duties included: Managing the Property Management Department for the highest volume Real Estate Owned (REO) brokerage in Rhode Island, coordinating and billing all of the general property maintenance functions performed on hundreds of properties in the greater Providence area, and developing process improvement initiatives to more efficiently service and communicate with our customers (national banks.) Became Property Manager in January of 2011.Additionally worked as a Real Estate Agent in Rhode Island and Massachusetts since May of 2008.

Project Coordinator duties included: Spearheading of various company-wide Six Sigma projects including: managing a newly created Settlement Specialist role, developing the overall process that would be followed, and identifying best practices for the new position. Was the main contributor developing a new “Title Insurance Discount Calculator” where all of the discount requirements for each state was compiled and automated, creating a user-friendly interface to easily access the state specific requirements. Working with all new customers (Mortgage Brokers and Lenders) to create a specific process that would fit their specific closing needs and ensure a smooth on-boarding process. Creating process maps that outlined the entire process to ensure all the customer’s needs were identified and documented prior to them going live.Was the sole administrator to Equity’s Knowledge Management System (KMS) working to re-create the KMS to make it easier for employees company-wide to submit and access industry and state-specific knowledge.

Training Coordinator duties included:Managing the training project team assigned to developing a company-wide training program. Developing the framework, working out the logistics of the new training program, facilitating meetings, and developing a training website on Equity's SharePoint intranet.Meeting with management and presenting ideas goals and objectives of the training program. Gained a process focused perspective for putting plans into action which including: developing a training needs assessment survey, assessing training needs based on feedback, prioritizing training initiatives, coordinating the scheduling of training classes, and facilitating those classes. Worked with various computer software (including Adobe Captivate 3.0) to create interactive training modules for the company-wide training program as we transitioned to Equity's new Operating System. Creating and maintaining a method to track and display real-time company performance metrics on the website and on automated metrics displays around the office.

Customer Service Executive duties included:Performing the actual production for Equity. Working with mortgage brokers, closing attorneys, and customers to coordinate closings. Worked with title attorneys to obtain all necessary documents needed for closing, prepared the HUD settlement statements and state-specific closing documents, and performed all post-closing activities including disbursement and recording.

Geographic Expansion Coordinator duties included:Helping to develop a network of new closing agents in states selected for Equity's expansion. During this time Equity expanded from five New England states, Virginia, and Florida to all 48 contiguous states. Obtained intimate knowledge and understanding for the responsibilities of closing agents during the closing process. Learned about the issues they face and gained insight on how to make the process flow more smoothly.
