I have been involved with scoping surveys for sub-consultants to assess construction phasing impacts for engineering projectsAs the lead pedestrian modelling consultant in the Transport Planning team, I was responsible for developing, analysing and auditing models for many stations in the UK as well as the Fifth Precinct Stadium design for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. I have had responsibility for model building, testing, and reporting design options for both permanent scheme design and during construction tests. This also included undertaking analysis for feasibility studies, design option reviews, and design appraisal. This also included solving capacity challenges to assess the adequacy of the infrastructure proposals for future demands.I was also involved in consulting and liaising with the client, stakeholders and sub-contractors on various projects. I was also involved in presenting the results to the Client and key stakeholders, explaining the results and the impact that design decisions had on passenger movements.Al Thumama Stadium (2022 World Cup, Qatar)I was responsible for data interpretation and analysis for static calculations, and testing and auditing Legion models for the Fifth Precinct Stadium design for the 2022 FIFA World Cup. This included working iteratively with the project architect to assess and develop design options as well as advising on the impact of pedestrian movements from origin to destination, auditing route choices, and presenting results.Abellio ScotRail Station Travel PlansI was part of the local project team which delivered 10 Station Travel Plans for Abellio Scotrail in 2017 and is currently in the process of developing another 10 STPs. I had a wide range of responsibilities throughout the project, including: station audits, creating public surveys, collating and analysing data, stakeholder engagement, presenting results, reporting trends and outcomes, SWOT analysis, and client liaison. This led to the successful award of a further 10 Scottish stations for the same client.
