With over 17 years of work experience, I am a passionate and dedicated pro trainer, mentor, and coach in the field of basketball. I am the CEO of Team Randolph Basketball Training, a company that provides skills, fundamentals, and mechanics training to kids of all ages and levels. My mission is to help young players develop their potential, confidence, and love for the game, while also instilling values of teamwork, discipline, and leadership. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have played and coached in various countries, leagues, and tournaments, and have a background in business, music, and entertainment.In addition to running Team Randolph Basketball Training, I am also the co-owner, general manager, and head coach of the Jacksonville Beach Lady Panthers, a semi-pro team that competes in the WBCBL. I am responsible for overseeing the operations, finances, marketing, and recruitment of the team, as well as developing and implementing strategies, drills, and plays for the games. I have led the team to win the Suncoast Regional Championship and the Coach of the Year award in 2017, and to place in the top 8 in the World Basketball Tournament in 2015. I leverage my skills in business, basketball coaching, and general management to ensure the success and growth of the team and the organization.
