Diagnose and determine faults in very low power micro GSM location solution. However, associated partners raised concerns over the security of mobile devices, namely the way mobile applications can be subverted. To address their concerns, I crafted both a product and technology strategy to guard provenance and governance of enterprise stored data such that information supplying partners could be assured their assets are protected and provided appropriate notice of attempted compromises. StratosTech was able to present a roadmap to extend enterprise coverage of partner assets in novel mobile applications.

Co-founded and set up InterProphet, a fabless semiconductor start-up company. Responsible for seed and venture investment. Negotiated term sheet, cap table, and deal structure. Interim CFO. Developed business and technical strategies for expanding the architecture of labeled data security operating systems beyond that of government security grade B application to the commercial market. Formalized in white paper that coupled architecture for leveraging the UNIX operating system infrastructure to allow for broad commercialization of fine-grain roll-based security that used to handle secret and classified materials of government systems to reduce the amount of theft and misappropriation of data between corporations.

Initial development of multiplexed subnet ethernet driver for multi-threaded and clustered operation (basis of VLAN).

Using 386BSD TCP/IP stack to drive a supercomputer array protocols at a rate of 25 gigabits per second end-to-end. Used novel Los Alamos hardware that allowed buffering and unbuffering of a striped series of multigigabit optical fibers to ultimately deliver payload or generate data of TCP from applications running on a thinking machines CM2 supercomputer by means of an interface called HiPPI. Developed migration strategy from VMS operating systems to Unix, ensuring performance from kernel to applications layer.
