Assisted in building APA’s performance management initiatives, which included weekly professional development sessions, regular evaluations, and individual meetings to address performance issues, and implement improvement measures. Assisted in developing the evaluative measures by which all faculty and staff performance was gauged. In this effort, I collaborated with a team of administrators in two different states, to design performance metrics that would support the learning outcomes set forth by each state’s Department of Education. As the school’s administrator for all secondary students, I supported the organization’s CEO by collecting, analyzing, and presenting data tracking the key performance indicators for all faculty, and over 500 students. Advised the CEO and the Board of Trustees on organizational needs, and designing additional systems to help the school achieve its mission. Developed formal instruction for academic departments in two states, and for faculty clarifying the performance indicators pertinent to student growth, and organizational success. Researched potential systems to improve student performance, and presented the findings, and recommendations. Helped establish the reporting and tracking system used by the school for student and teacher performance. Liaison between the teachers and parents during state mandated Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings for students with special needs. I represented school administration and teacher concerns regarding feasibility of plan goals, accountability, and accommodations within a classroom of 30+ students.
